Trainee Associates:

To become the part of The Associate Learning Programme, a year-long internship programme designed to create true-blue public relations professionals. It is the only formal and structured programme in India that nurtures public relations talent, with inputs in all facets of public relations, within a real working environment.

To join this program, you need to from any of the leading educational institutions in India, and a Post-Graduate in English Literature, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Management, Communication, or any other specialist stream that matches any of our Practice areas.

Associate Partner (P)

A Partner heads a Strategic Business Unit which could be a Practice Area or geographic location, and is responsible for the development and growth of his or her Practice/Location.

Additionally, as a Partner you will assist the Managing Partner in developing and implementing the strategic business initiatives of the firm.


Consulting Associate (CA)

As Consulting Associate you will assist the Partner or an Associate Partner in the planning and execution of public relations programmes for clients assigned to you.


In addition, you will support and implement client projects within the Genesis Burson-Marsteller network.


Senior Associate (SA)

As Senior Associate you are the knowledge manager of the client relationship and are responsible for the management and successful execution of the ongoing client servicing initiatives by the team.


Associate (A)

As Associate you are responsible for supporting the Senior Associate in successfully executing ongoing public relations programmes, as per service quality expectations of the firm.
